Maximilliano Irvine Dragna is a known criminal who resides in Los Angeles. He is the current head of organized crime in LA, and is renowned for being a fair man with many, many connections.

Dragna, originally from Sicily, made his name in Capone’s Chicago Outfit as a youth. When the old head of organized crime in LA, Carmine Pinette, died mysteriously in 1931, Dragna seized an opportunity and filled the convenient power vacuum. Over the last 15 years he has solidified his power through interests as diverse as whorehouses, horse racing, and local politics.

Known far and wide as ‘The Capone of Los Angeles’, Dragna is wildly rich and successful. However, since the murder of Bugsy Siegel, Dragna has found a rival in Mickey Cohen, an ex boxer who is looking to solidify more power. If Max Dragna is worried about this, he hasn’t shown it.
